While you're shopping, click a yellow "add to cart" button on the product
details, search results, or product listing pages. You'll be taken to your
shopping cart.
While in your cart you can update quantities or remove items, calculate shipping costs, proceed to checkout, or
continue shopping.
- Update quantities - Change the number in the "QTY" column and click the "Recalculate" button below the cart total.
- Remove items - Click the "X" next to the item you want to remove or click the "Empty My Entire Cart" link to remove all items.
- Calculate shipping - Choose your state and enter your zip code, then click the "Recalculate" button below the cart total.
- Continue shopping - Click the "Shop for more items" button or any menu item to continue shopping.
- Return to your cart - Click the "View Cart" link at the top of any page at any time to return to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout - When you're ready to place your order click the yellow "proceed to checkout" button and you'll be taken to our secure checkout page.
After clicking the "proceed to checkout" button in your shopping cart, you'll be taken to the secure checkout page.
- Enter address and payment information - Enter the required address and payment information in the 4 numbered sections.
- Billing information - Enter your billing name
and address information. This should match the information on file with the provider of
your credit card. Also be sure to enter a valid e-mail address as this
will be used to send order and shipment confirmations.
- Shipping information - By default the "ship to" field in the shipping information section says "My Billing Address". If this is correct, move on to section 3. If not, click where it says "My Billing Address", choose "A Different Address", and enter the required information.
- Shipping and cart total - If you pre-calculated
your shipping costs while in your cart, this section will already show the
shipping, tax (if applicable), and the cart total. If not, click the "calculate
shipping" button and the section will be updated. You can click the "recalculate shipping and tax" link to update
this section if you make changes to your address information.
- Payment information - Click the "Payment Method" field and choose "Credit Card". Then choose your card type and enter the required information. Make sure to enter the credit card verification number (CVV2) found on the back of the card. Click the link next to this field for help locating this number.
- Make changes to items in cart - Want to make changes to quantities or remove items from the cart? Click the blue "Edit items in cart" link in the "My Shopping Cart" section at the bottom of the checkout page.
- Place your order - Check the accuracy of the information you entered and then click the yellow "place order" button. You'll be taken to a confirmation page
where you can print a copy of your receipt. A copy of this receipt will also be sent to the e-mail address you provided.
