We want you to be happy with your purchase from Solarwise Home. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price, less a restocking fee and shipping charges. Merchandise must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging and include all documentation and accessories. The restocking fee is 25% of the purchase price. Additional fees may apply for missing, used, or damaged items. If you are returning an item that included free or discounted shipping, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs to return the product are the responsibility of the customer.

A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Returns will not be accepted that do not have a valid RMA number or that do not meet the conditions of the return policy.
