Order Status
You will be notified automatically by e-mail when your order has shipped. This e-mail will include a tracking number that will allow you to track the delivery status. If items are backordered or the shipment is delayed for any reason, you will also be notified by e-mail.
Order Tracking
The e-mail notifying you that your product has shipped will contain a tracking number that will alow you to track the status of your order.
Cancel an Order
Order changes or cancellations should be made by contacting customer care. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request providing the order has not already shipped.
Items Missing from Shipment
Before contacting customer care, please make sure that all items you ordered have already shipped. Occasionaly items may ship seperately due to backorder situations or items being shipped from different warehouses. (You will be notified by e-mail if this happens.) Also, please check the delivery status of your order to ensure that all items in the shipment have been delivered. You can do this by using the information provided in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
